FIG. 1 is a front elevational view showing my new design for a bracket for supporting a mounting bar on a vehicle;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof taken from the side opposite to that of FIG. 2;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom, rear perspective view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a perspective view of the top, front, and one side thereof, it being understood that the broken lines are for illustrative purposes and form no part of the claimed design; and

FIG. 8 is a side elevational view of FIG. 7.

The ornamental design for a bracket for supporting a mounting bar on a vehicle, as shown and described.
