FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view with the tab in an extended position;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view showing an alternate embodiment of our new design;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side being the same in appearance;

FIG. 8 is a bottom plan view showing another embodiment of our new design;

FIG. 9 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 10 is a top plan view showing still another embodiment of our new design;

FIG. 11 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side being the same in appearance;

FIG. 12 is a fragmentary elevational view looking in the direction of the arrow 12 of FIG. 11; and

FIG. 13 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The side views of the form shown in FIGS. 8 and 9 are the same in appearance as the respective side views of the form seen in FIGS. 5, 6 and 7.
