FIG. 1 is a front, top and partial right side perspective view of a combination headset and stand telephone instrument in cradled assembly showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a rear, partial top and partial left side perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right side perspective view thereof from above; and

FIG. 4 is a left side perspective view thereof from above.

The ornamental design for a combination headset and stand telephone instrument, substantially as shown and described.
