FIGS. 2 and 3 are respectively front and rear elevational views thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIGS. 5 and 6 are respectively right and left side elevational views thereof;

FIG. 7 is a front, top and right side perspective view of the telephone unit in cradled relationship; and

FIG. 8 is a top plan view of the handset, and the stand, shown independently, spaced apart from each other.

The ornamental design for a combination handset and speaker dialer telephone stand unit, as shown and described.
