FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof, the side opposite being a mirror image;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view thereof taken along line 1--1 in FIG. 2;

FIG. 5 is a side elevational view of a modified form of the design shown in FIGS. 1 through 4;

FIG. 6 is a front elevational view thereof, the side opposite being a mirror image;

FIG. 7 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view thereof taken along line 2--2 in FIG. 6;

FIG. 9 is a side elevational view of a second modified form of the design shown in FIGS. 1 through 4;

FIG. 10 is a front elevational view thereof, the side opposite being a mirror image;

FIG. 11 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 12 is a cross-sectional view thereof taken along line 3--3 in FIG. 10.
