FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a cross sectional view taken on line 4--4 in FIG. 3;

FIG. 5 is a right side elevational view thereof, the left side being the mirror image of the right side;

FIG. 6 is a fragmentary rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a cross sectional view taken on line 7--7 in FIG. 5;

FIG. 8 is a fragmentary front elevational view thereof; and

FIG. 9 is a partial cross sectional view taken on line 9--9 in FIG. 3.
