FIG. 1 is a top rear perspective view of a combined hinged lid and handle for a wheeled refuse cart, showing our new design in closed position;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is an elevational view of one side thereof, the opposite side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is an elevational view of one side, showing the lid in open position, the opposite side being a mirror image thereof; and, _

FIG. 7 is a front elevational view with the lid in open position to show the bottom thereof.

The broken lines in FIG. 1 represent a wheeled refuse cart and form no part of the design.

The ornamental design for a combined hinged lid and handle for a wheeled refuse cart, as shown and described.
