FIG. 3 is a side elevational view of FIG. 2.

The cross-line shading shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is intended to represent conventional fabric which covers the entirety of the article.

Claims

The ornamental design for a combined fluorescent and reflecting safety vest for humans, as shown and described.
