FIG. 2 is a top plan view;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view;

FIG. 4 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right side elevational view, taken in the direction of arrows 5--5 in FIG. 3; and

FIG. 6 is a front elevational view, taken in the direction of arrows 6--6 in FIG. 2, the rear being a mirror image thereof.

The ornamental design for a microphone stand detachable tray or the like, as shown and described.
