FIG. 7 is a fragmentary side elevation of a fourth embodiment of the instrument illustrated in FIG. 2;

FIG. 8 is a fragmentary side elevation of the probe member, shown separately for ease of illustration;

FIG. 9 is a side perspective view of the embodiment illustrated in FIG. 2; and

FIG. 10 is a perspective view of the opposite side of FIG. 9 in an alternate position.
