FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a rear elevational view of a modified form of the design shown in FIGS. 1 through 6; and,

FIG. 8 is a right side elevational view thereof.

The ornamental design for an umbrella handle, substantially as shown and described.
