FIG. 3 is a lower side view of the card of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view of the card of FIG. 1 rotated right side over left;

FIG. 5 is a side view of the card of FIG. 4 looking into the top thereof as oriented in FIG. 4; and

FIG. 6 is the right side view of FIG. 4.

The ornamental design for a urine screening card for use with an automated microbial identification machine, substantially as shown.
