The outline of a person wearing a hat and holding a digging implement, crouching with one knee on the ground and the other knee up, upon which one of the person's arms is resting, is located in the center of the rolling hills. In the middle of the circle is the word "PROSPECTOR." The "P" and the second "R" in this word extend outside the circle shape and are located at the edges of a horizontal banner which also extends beyond the outside of the circle.
