Miscellaneous Statement
The applied for trademark is used on a website that advertises the sale of solar panels sold in solar systems, solar systems. Solar systems need to be custom designed for each application and customer. The systems will change depending upon available size of roof, direction home faces, layout of the rooftop or land space, and the consumption of electricity at the site. Each location has rules for solar systems that impact what can be done for a particular situation. Moreover, the existing of trees, neighborhood buildings, and solar obstructions need to be factored into a design. It is for this reason that we cannot have click/button purchase of a solar system. The systems often take hours to design and develop.
