To the Commissioner for Trademarks:

Application serial no. 97314917 TIGER (Stylized and/or with Design, see http://tmng-al.uspto.gov /resting2/api/img/9731491 7/large) has been amended as follows:

EVIDENCE
Evidence has been attached: The name of the product is Tiger (first in Arabic) Tiger (second in English), which is different than the other two trademarks which use the word tiger as part of the names of their products (Tiger Tators and Tiger Street Food), with a distinctly different design to either of the other products with the word 'Tiger' in the product name. In addition, as there have been two different trademarks utilizing the word 'Tiger' as part of the name of a product, the argument presented is that this trademark (Tiger in Arabic, Tiger in English) would not cause brand confusion with Tiger Tators, as Tiger Street Food was approved without causing brand confusion with Tiger Tators.
