DISRUPTUS is a coined word without any known meaning in any current language. In Latin it was the perfect passive participle of "disrumpo" http://worldofdictionary.com/dict/latin-english/meaning/disrumpo meaning "cause to break apart/off." The Applicant herein is also the owner of Reg# 4441049 Serial #85674462 for the same trademark for substantially the same product as in this application. That registration was cancelled due to the Applicant's failure to file a Section 8 Affidavit alleging continuing use of the mark. This miscellaneous statement is offered to assist in the review this application, and not as a request it be included in the registration sought
