A Notice of Reinstatement for this Application was issued on June 23, 2023 because the application was abandoned in error. Applicant attempted to submit a response to the office action dated January 23, 2023 within the 6 month deadline provided in the office action. However, the USPTO Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) did not allow Applicant to submit a response to the office action. Currently, the status of the Application is "Application was abandoned in error. It has been reinstated and is awaiting further action." Applicant is awaiting further action to allow Applicant to file a response to the office action dated January 23, 2023.
