Hello,

 

I am currently examining the trademark application for the mark BIG ASS FANS, Attny. Doc. # 064301-1392.  No conflicting marks were found.  However, before the mark can proceed to publication the term FANS needs to be disclaimed.  I can make this of record through examiner’s amendment and then approve the mark for publication.
