Pursuant to the Examining Attorney's Office Action issued on December 23, 2021, the Section 2(e)(1) Refusal would be withdrawn in relation to classes 006 and 013 if Applicant submitted 1) a Request to Divide Application form, 2) file a response to the timely outstanding Office action and 3) provide a verified statement with the specific language. Pursuant to this request, Applicant attached a Declaration including this requested language and requests the mark proceed to publication.
