PRIOR REGISTRATION: "Applicant claims ownership of 4495419." (Enter registration number(s) for the same or similar marks). On March 11, 2014, I received notice that my trademarks were accepted, I was the legal owner of GIRKIT (and Get it Right, Keep it Tight. (85624030) The attorney I used was not nice so I dropped him and decided to take care of my trademarks on my own. Unfortunately, I did not turn in something that was due and lost my trademarks. I was told to start over instead of appealing which is what I've done.
