Subject: ILLUMINATION MADE, ser. no. 90794152
Importance: High
Hi Monique,
This is my last application, ILLUMINATION MADE, ser. no. 90794152, for the exact same ID in Class 16 as PITCH PERFECT that we worked on before. Accordingly, I’d like to make all of the same amendments to the wording in Class 16, with one difference. I realize now that with PITCH PERFECT, I forgot to request to add “PRINTED” before “Books and magazines in the fields of entertainment,” so we need to do that as well, as well as make all of the other Class 16 changes. I will also need to go back and add “PRINTED” before “Books and magazines in the fields of entertainment” to the PITCH PERFECT (Class 16) application as well, ser. no. 97060960, with your permission. So the suggested wording for this application is:
PRINTED books and magazines in the fields of entertainment; paper party decorations; paper party supplies, namely, paper napkins, paper place mats, gift wrapping paper and paper gift wrapping ribbons, paper gift wrap bows, paper table cloths and paper party bags; PRINTED CHILDREN’S activity books; PRINTED storybooks; PRINTED comic books; PRINTED graphic novels; PRINTED coloring books; book marks; loose leaf binders; stationery-type portfolios; wire-bound notebooks; PRINTED note pads; writing pads; blank WRITING journals; PRINTED diaries; PRINTED daily planners; PRINTED calendars; scrapbook albums; sketchbook albums; photograph albums; sticker albums; stickers, decals; stamp pads; inking pads; rubber stamps; temporary tattoo transfers; slateboards for writing; pencils; pens; pencil erasers; decorative pencil-top ornaments; pen cases and pencil cases; pen boxes and pencil boxes; pencil sharpeners; chalk; markers; PRINTED posters; PRINTED postcards; PRINTED trading cards, other than for games; PRINTED greeting cards; pennants made of paper; painting sets FOR CHILDREN; arts and crafts paint kits; study kits, consisting of pencil erasers, drawing rulers, pencil sharpeners and pencil case; stationery packs consisting of writing paper, envelopes, markers, and stencils; activity kits consisting of stickers and rubber stamps.
In addition to the ID, for this application we also need to tweak the color claim to include white and tweak the mark description to refer to where the colors appear:
The color(s) blue, yellow and white is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.
The mark consists of a yellow circle with stylized drawings in smaller squares of a one-eyed character in the colors blue and white, a dog in the colors blue and white, and a porcupine in the colors blue and white, all within the yellow circle. below the drawings is the wording “ILLUMINATION MADE” in blue.
Please let me know if those changes for this application are acceptable, as well as the additional change for PITCH PERFECT in Class 16, and I will make them for you via an examiner’s amendment and get these approved.
Thanks!
Jim
