Miscellaneous Statement
To the extent that any new construction in the United States is required to be compliant with the Americans with Disability Act, so will the Applicant's buildings. However, please note that such legal compliance is not deemed by consumers to be a descriptive term for an apartment building. Furthermore, the mark is not an initialism, as the ADA initialism is for the Americans with Disabilities Act. Instead, this is used more as a common name, e.g., Ada.
