Good morning Susan,

 

I hope all is well.  I have completed my examinations of the marks referenced above, and concluded they may proceed pending an amendment to the identification of goods in each.

 

Silhouette, 90700749

 

Similar to the TYPOLOGY case, we just need to add the definite terms “installations” and/or fixtures to this identification.  I propose the following amended ID:

 

                “011: Elevated outdoor lighting street illuminaries and columns in the nature of lighting installations and fixtures”

 

BACKDROP, 90657852

 

Here, the word “PANELS” creates some ambiguity on the proper classification of these goods.  I checked through Landscape Forms’ marks, and found 5875648 for what appear to be similar goods.  Therefore, I propose the following amended ID in this case:

 

“020: Panels used to create socially distant space outdoors and in public indoor spaces, namely, movable room dividers for indoor and outdoor spaces”

 

The new language is taken directly from the registration for UPFIT.
