In reviewing my response, I found that I had not added a claim for 2f based on more than five years usage which I thought I had done in my response. If that is not possible then amend to the Supplement Register by Examiner Amendment.

To answer your question, for this response, because the 2e1 refusal was not addressed, we can amend to Supplemental Register via Examiner’s Amendment in order to push the application forward. Otherwise, I would have to go final on the refusal since the 2e1 refusal isn’t addressed in your response.
