In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

In response to the outstanding final Office Action dated May 2, 2022, Applicant requests amendment to the Supplemental Register to overcome the Section 2(e)(1) Refusal that the applied-for mark merely describes a feature, purpose, function or use of applicant’s services. Although Applicant disagrees with this rejection, amendment to the Supplemental Register is currently acceptable. Applicant believes this Response is sufficient for overcoming the outstanding rejection, and respectfully requests this application be approved for publication.
