EXAMINER’S AMENDMENT

Issue date:  September 16, 2021

USPTO database searched; no conflicting marks found.  The trademark examining attorney searched the USPTO database of registered and pending marks and found no conflicting marks that would bar registration under Trademark Act Section 2(d).  15 U.S.C. §1052(d); TMEP §704.02.

Application has been amended as shown below.  The trademark examining attorney is amending the application as follows.  No prior approval or authorization from applicant or applicant’s attorney is required.  TMEP §707.02.

DESCRIPTION OF MARK WILL NOT BE PRINTED

In the initial filing, Applicant provided an accurate, but incomplete mark description.  Given that the description does not need to be printed on any registration that may ultimately issue from this application, the description provided in the initial filing will remain part of the application record for informational purposes only.  TMEP § 808.03(c).  A description is unnecessary because the mark is composed of easily recognized stylized lettering and a simple design pattern that can be identified without explanation.  Id. § 808.03(c)(ii).
