The mark consists of The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a bottle with a neck that emanates upward from the center. A gold cap sits at the top of the neck of the bottle. The gold cap contains flat sides and a flat top with angles emanating from the top of the cap and down the sides of the cap. The literal term "CROWN ROYAL" in stylized gold lettering appears across the front of the bottle. Ten triangular ridges appear at the bottom of the front of the bottle design with wavy horizontal lines appearing below the ridges. The ridges extend across the front of the bottle design and curve around the sides of the bottle. The broken lines depicting the outline of the bottle and the cap indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark. THE COLOR OF THE LIQUID IN THE BOTTLE IS NOT PART OF THE MARK.
