Subject: USPTO Trademark Communication: NRX and NORTHROCK X (U.S. Application Serial Nos. 90455660 and 90455645)
Dear Ms. Thompson,
I am the Examining Attorney at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office assigned to Application Serial Nos. 90455660 and 90455645 for your client’s applied-for marks NRX and NORTHROCK X. I have reviewed the applications, and have not identified any substantive issues that would bar registration of the applied-for marks. However, there is an administrative matter that needs to be addressed before the applied-for marks can move forward. This issue can be resolved by responding to this email.
Specifically, the language in the identification of goods is indefinite and must be clarified. If accurate, applicant may amend the identification of goods as follows (changes bolded):
Class 45: Personal concierge services for others comprising making requested personal arrangements and reservations, running errands and providing customer specific information to meet individual needs, all rendered in business establishments, office buildings, hotels, residential complexes and homes; Legal services; Personal lifestyle consulting services; Personal concierge services being personal shopping for others in the field of renting and purchasing vehicles and real estate; Providing information in the field of time management to individuals for personal purposes
Please confirm that the above amendments are acceptable.
Please call or email me at your earliest convenience to resolve this issue. You can reach me by phone at (571) 272-0014 or by email at ashley.green1@uspto.gov. If you respond by phone and I am out of the office, you may leave a voicemail message authorizing the specified changes. If you respond by email, please note that all pertinent e-mail communications will be placed in the official application record.
If I do not hear from you by 5 PM EST on July 28, 2021, I will issue an official action for this requirement.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Ashley
