Dear Ms. Hagey:

I am an attorney with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, the federal agency to which you recently submitted the above referenced trademark applications.  There are a few problems with these applications that can be corrected over the telephone.  Please contact me ASAP so that we can correct these issues and move the applications forward.

With respect to U.S. Trademark Application No. 90301244 (STONE DAYFALL BELGIAN WHITE) the applicant needs to submit a disclaimer statement for the wording “BELGIAN WHITE” as this wording is descriptive in the context of the identified beer products.

With respect to  U.S. Trademark Application No. 90325157 (BUENAVIDA), the applicant needs to provide a translation statement for the Spanish wording in the mark.  The wording in the mark is Spanish for GOOD LIFE in English.  The applicant will need to provide a translation statement.

If you could please contact me to discuss this/these issue(s) I would greatly appreciate it.  I can issue an Examiner’s Amendment correcting the issue(s) and move the applications along.  If I do not hear from you by 4/16/21, I am required to issue a letter regarding these applications preventing them from moving forward for failing to comply with certain requirements of the Trademark Act.  I can be reached at 571-272-9706.

Regards--
