EXAMINER’S AMENDMENT

Issue date:  March 15, 2021

USPTO database searched; no conflicting marks found.  The trademark examining attorney searched the USPTO database of registered and pending marks and found no conflicting marks that would bar registration under Trademark Act Section 2(d).  15 U.S.C. §1052(d); TMEP §704.02.

Application has been amended as shown below.  As agreed to by Richard Kim on March 15, 2021, the examining attorney has amended the application as shown below.  Please notify the examining attorney immediately of any objections.  TMEP §707.  Otherwise, no response is required.  Id.  In addition, applicant is advised that amendments to the services are permitted only if they clarify or limit them; amendments that add to or broaden the scope of the services are not permitted.  37 C.F.R. §2.71(a).

Identification of the Services

The identification of services is amended to read as follows:  “Providing facilities for movies, shows, plays, music or educational training; production of audio recordings; fan club services relating to entertainer; entertainment services in the nature of live vocal performances by singing group; ticket reservation and booking services for entertainment, sporting and cultural events; entertainment services, namely, providing entertainment information, entertainment services in the nature of organizing social entertainment events; providing audio or video studio services; online rental of audio recordings via internet; providing courses of instruction and training services in the field of dance and music; providing on-line non-downloadable electronic publications in the nature of books, magazines, brochures and newsletters in the field of music; publication of books, periodical publications, magazines, newspapers and newsletters; providing online non-downloadable comic books and graphic novels; nightclub services; arranging and conducting classes, seminars and workshops in the field of art arranging; conducting classes, seminars and workshops in the field of music and entertainment industries; dance instruction; providing on-line computer games from a computer network; photography; educational services, namely, providing displays and exhibits in the fields of music, dance, musical entertainment, musical videos and Korean culture, style and fashion; planning of entertainment music and dance performances; organizing and arranging of exhibitions for entertainment, cultural and education purposes; online gaming services, namely, providing online video games and providing online non-downloadable game software.”  See TMEP §§1402.01, 1402.01(e).
