To the Commissioner for Trademarks:

Application serial no. 90287127 ZENNIOPTICAL.COM(Standard Characters, see http://uspto.report/TM/90287127/mark.png) has been amended as follows:

Applicant proposes to amend the following:

Current:
Class 009 for Eyeglasses, namely, prescription and non-prescription sunglasses, spectacles, coated eyeglass lenses, optical lenses featuring UV-blocking treatment, frames for eyeglasses, cases for eyeglasses, reading eyeglasses, novelty eyeglasses, safety goggles, and protective eyewear
Filing Basis: Section 1(a), Use in Commerce: The applicant is using the mark in commerce, or the applicant's related company or licensee is using the mark in commerce, on or in connection with the identified goods and/or services. 15 U.S.C. Section 1051(a), as amended. The mark was first used at least as early as 05/19/2017 and first used in commerce at least as early as 05/19/2017 , and is now in use in such commerce.

Applicant hereby submits one(or more) specimen(s) for Class 009. The specimen(s) submitted consists of Photographs of the Mark applied to a cloths and cases that contain the goods. Specimens SPEC 1 and SPEC 2 were created on 10/28/2020 and SPEC 3 and SPEC 4 were created on 10/7/2020..
