Good afternoon,
I am the assigned trademark examining attorney for the above-referenced applications.
The identification of goods in each application (with the exception of Serial No. 90275274) must be modified for improved clarity and definiteness and in order to meet USPTO requirements. In some cases, the identification of goods is overbroad and could reference goods in other classes, so if a definite amendment is not agreed to, multiple class application requirements would be included in those Office actions. In addition, the mark descriptions in the design marks must be updated for accuracy and to meet USPTO requirements.
Below please find a table listing all of the applications and the proposed amendments to the identifications and mark descriptions, with changes made in bold. If all of these changes are acceptable to you, and I receive approval from you by 12:00pm ET on Friday, February 19th, I will issue Examiner’s Amendments and move the applications toward publication accordingly.
