EXAMINER’S AMENDMENT

 

 

Issue date:  December 09, 2020

 

In a previous Office action dated December 9, 2020, the applicant was required to satisfy the following requirements: clarify the mark description, clarify the attorney name, and clarify the domicile address.

 

With this Examiner’s Amendment all requirements are satisfied.  And, a sufficient explanation was provided to withdraw the domicile address requirement.  See TMEP §§713.02, 714.04.

 

Application has been amended as shown below.  As agreed to by Carl Oppedahl on December 9, 2020, the examining attorney has amended the application as shown below.  Please notify the examining attorney immediately of any objections.  TMEP §707.  Otherwise, no response is required.  Id.  In addition, applicant is advised that amendments to the services are permitted only if they clarify or limit them; amendments that add to or broaden the scope of the services are not permitted.  37 C.F.R. §2.71(a).

 

AMENDED DESCRIPTION OF THE MARK

 

The following description of the mark replaces the current description of record:

 

The mark consists of “MYKONOS” in stylized lettering. The “M” is the shape of two angles, the two middle strokes of the “M” do not connect or overlap, and the diagonal downward sloping stroke reaches the base alignment of the vertical strokes.

CLARIFIED ATTORNEY NAME

 

The attorney name of record is updated to: Carl Oppedahl.  See 37 C.F.R. §11.14(a); TMEP §§602 et seq.
