Application serial no. 90238711 BUNS AND BASKETBALL(Standard Characters, see http://uspto.report/TM/90238711/mark.png) has been amended as follows:

EVIDENCE
Evidence has been attached: The Buns and Basketball Trademark request is to protect the logo and name of the buns and basketball league. We are already established and have been playing in multiple states. Even though the logo appears on clothing. Our intent is not for clothing and sales. It is only for representation of our business. If this only constitutes a secondary filing, we will gladly accept as well. The flyers attached shows the usage of the name and logo. Thank you so much for the help
