Dear Examiner Buongiorno,

We received your Office Action in Application No. 90211433.  You suggest that the indefiniteness issue can be resolved by amending the class 7 term “power-operated oscillating multi-tool” to “ power-operated oscillating multi-tool comprised of powered machines for cutting or shaping or finishing or scraping metals or other materials.”

We agree to your suggestion.  We would appreciate it if you would enter an examiner’s amendment making the revision and then approving the application for publication.

If there are any questions or other issues, please let us know.

                Thank you for your assistance,

                --Charlie Meyer--
