I will enter the EAs for 90204997 and 90204998.
If you do not agree to the disclaimer in 90204999 then I cannot resolve all the outstanding issues by EA and you would need to file a formal response in the application to address all issued raised in the 2/16/2021 office action. If the applicant agrees to the disclaimer I am happy to resolve all issues by EA.

Hi Examiner Martin,
I am OK with the foregoing except for the disclaimer of COMBAT FEDERATION. I do not believe that is descriptive. If you disagree, can you enter an EA for all the other items so that we may respond formally to the disclaimer requirement?
Kind Regards,
Josh

Subject: BRAVE marks 90204999 / 90204997 /90204998
Hi Examiner Martin,
I am writing about the three marks referenced above. I am hopeful we can resolve outstanding issues with an EA.
For the ID question, the Applicant will accept the suggested amended wording in class 25. The Applicant will not be adding a class 20 claim.
For the entity, I think we have it in the system correctly. The "single personal company" is a type of company in Bahrain. I have attached the Applicant's certificate of formation.
Also, you may review this website which provides some background information:

Please let me know if you have any questions and/or would like to discuss further.

Josh
