In further response to the Suspension Notice dated December 30, 2020, and to supplement Applicant's Response filed May 06, 2021, Applicant states as follows: "Applicant has had a bona fide and effective industrial or commercial establishment in the European Union as of the date of issuance of the foreign registration" (EU Reg. No. 018434501). Furthermore, Applicant desires to maintain the Section 1(b) filing basis upon acceptance of foreign registration documents. Applicant requests that the application proceed to publication under Section 1(b) and 44(e).
