I received two OG queries on the two cases noted above. At issue is the following clause: Printed novelty paper labels for use on storage containers etc.
The word “ETC” is unacceptable as indefinite. There are two possible solutions, 1) delete ETC; or 2) to list the goods the labels are used for, for example, boxes, bins.
