We received a communication from lawyers representing Johnson & Johnson who asked us to narrow our intended field of use within medical devices so that our products do not overlap with similarly named products that they have trademarked within the medical field. Our lawyers came to an agreement with their lawyers that our goods and services listing should now read:

“Medical and surgical devices, namely, surgical headlights and devices for illumination, endoscopy equipment, all of the foregoing excluding neurovascular devices.”

We are therefore filing this amendment
