The registrant requests the following amendment(s) to registration no. 6783025 STARBUCKS COFFEE (Stylized and/or with Design, see http://uspto.report/TM/90127284/mark.png) has been amended as follows:

EXPLANATION OF FILING
On April 11, 2022 Registrant filed a Statement of Use in connection with "retail store services in the field of tea, food, beverages" only and requested the remaining services, namely: "tea makers, books, musical recordings, wallets, travelling bags, shopping bags, handbags, jewelry, clothing and hats, toys, including stuffed toys; wholesale distributorship services of food, beverage, housewares, and kitchenware, excluding the transport thereof; on-line retail store services featuring food, beverage, housewares, and kitchenware" be deleted from the application. During the processing of the Statement of Use the Trademark Office did not process the deletion and the registration issued for the full recitation of services as filed. Registrant requests the Trademark Office update the records to reflect the correct recitation of services, i.e.: "Retail store services in the field of tea, food, beverages" including an update to the TSDR records and issue an updated Certificate of Registration. As this error was on the part of the Trademark Office, no fee is required to be submitted with this Section 7 Request.
