Subject: Examiner's Amendment suggested - U.S. Trademark Application Serial No. 90124090 ("BEHRINGER")
Dear Mr. Gurfinkel,
I have reviewed your June 15, 2021 Response to Office Action for U.S. Trademark Application Serial No. 90124090 ("BEHRINGER") and will be able to approve it for publication, if you can provide further clarification of “electric heating apparatus, namely, stage heater” in the identification of goods.
The following is suggested, if accurate (including two options for clarifying “electric heating apparatus, namely stage heater”):
International Class 011: Lighting apparatus, namely, lighting installations; apparatus for space heating; electric floor heating apparatus, namely, stage heater; electric space heater, namely, stage heater; steam heating apparatus; apparatus for ventilating, namely, cordless floor drying cone dolly
Please respond at your earliest convenience, by close of business on Thursday, June 24, 2021 and let me know if you authorize an Examiner’s Amendment for the above suggested identification (or if you have an alternative suggestion). Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
Best,
Sandra
