Miscellaneous Statement
Applicant has had a bona fide and effective industrial or commercial establishment in the European Union as of the date of issuance of the foreign registration. Elsewhere in this response, Applicant has amended the Domicile Address and added a zip code at the Trademark Electronic Application System separately. The domicile address together with its mailing information have been reported by the Applicant as its principal address to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The domicile address provided by the Applicant does not include a street number and/or unit number. However, according to an online search result, Cricket Square is a business park in George Town of Cayman Islands and Century Yard is a building of four floors inside Cricket Square. In other words, although a street number or a unit number is not included, the address is sufficiently specific to locate the Applicant, therefore should be accepted as a domicile address. In accordance with Examination Guide 4-19, at I.A.2., "(i)f an applicant or registrant lists such an address as its domicile, or lacks a street address entirely, the applicant or registrant will be required to provide a street address. Alternatively, an applicant may demonstrate that the listed address is, in fact, its domicile." In the current case, the address listed by the Applicant doesn't lack a street address entirely, and moreover the Applicant can demonstrate the listed address is a proper domicile for a business entity.
