I hope this message finds you well. I am writing regarding an amendment to the UNITV application, specifically the mark description. The mark description currently reads:
The mark consists of english words: UniTV, with three capitalized letters: "U", "T", "V", underneath a triangle connecting to an incomplete circle.
However, it is unnecessary to include the language of the mark in the description, and I propose amending to:
The mark consists of the stylized wording “UNITV” below a design of a triangle inside of and connected to an incomplete circle.
If you have any questions, please let me know. I look forward to hearing from you by December 18. If I do not hear from you, I will need to issue an Office action.
