This application was approved for publication on January 5, 2021.  See 37 C.F.R. §2.80.  However, approval of the application has been withdrawn to address the issue(s) below.  See TMEP §706.01.  The trademark examining attorney apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause applicant.

 

 

MARK DESCRIPTION INCOMPLETE

Applicant must submit an amended description of the mark because the current one is incomplete and does not describe all the significant aspects of the mark.  37 C.F.R. §2.37; see TMEP §§808.01, 808.02.  Descriptions must be accurate and identify all the literal and design elements in the mark.  See 37 C.F.R. §2.37; TMEP §§808 et seq. 

 

 

The following description is suggested, if accurate:  The mark consists of the two words "CLIM" and "ART" which appear horizontally one after the other with a space between them. "CLIM" is written in white capital letters to the left of "ART". "ART" is written in blue capital letters to the right of "CLIM", with curved white lines running through and horizontal. Both words are written with a peculiar print and located on a black rounded rectangle.
