I am examining the above-referenced trademark application.  There is one issue, and I am writing to see if we can resolve it by agreement.

 

In particular, the mark description must be amended for the purpose of accuracy.  I would suggest the following amended mark description, if accurate (changes in bold):

 

               The mark consists of the stylized letters "OP".  A curved line appears beneath the letters and continues to the right of the letter “P”.

 

Would you let me know if the applicant agrees to entry of the amended mark description?  If we are able to agree to an amended description by the end of the day on Wednesday, November 25, I can make the change on my end so the application can proceed.
