Miscellaneous Statement
Please note that applicant's mark is SHO where the letter "O" is modified by a diacritical mark known as a macron, i.e. a straight bar over the letter. The drawing correctly shows the macron, but the macron disappears in other parts of the application including the textual presentation. This appears to be a minor quirk in the system in that a letter "O" with a macron is prominently included in the "List of Standard Characters" referenced by TMEP 807.03(b)
