AMENDMENT TO IDENTIFICATION OF GOODS AND SERVICES
The identification of goods and services is amended to read as follows:

the pre-college, undergraduate, graduate and post-graduate level; Educational services, namely, providing online instruction in a variety of subjects in higher education
at the pre-college, undergraduate, graduate and post-graduate level via an online website; providing tutoring services in a variety of subjects in higher education at the
pre-college, undergraduate, graduate and post-graduate level.”
Class 042: “Providing a website featuring on-line non-downloadable software for instruction containing educational content in a variety of subjects in higher education.”
