Serial No. 90075713 (COEXNYLEX)
The identification of goods must be amended to further specify the purpose of the goods as follows: Filaments of nylon for use in three-dimensional printing
Serial No. 90075685 (COEX)
- The identification of goods for Class 17 must be amended to further specify the material composition and purpose of the goods as follows: Filaments of thermoplastic polyurethane, thermoplastic elastomer and nylon for use in three-dimensional printing.
- There is also a specimen refusal that will issue for the Class 16 goods in an Office action.
