United States Trademark Application Serial No. 90062321 / ZOA / Docket No. GOW-TM6
Dear Ms. Peller London,
My name is Stefan Oehrlein and I am the assigned trademark examining attorney at the United States Patent and Trademark Office for the above-referenced application.
I have received and reviewed your submission made on 3/25 in the file including the provided foreign registration certificate. As of now the application specifies both a Section 1(b) and a Section 44(e) filing basis and since there are no remaining issues with respect to the Section 44(e) filing basis, does the applicant wish for the Section 1(b) filing basis to be deleted?
If the changes below are acceptable, I will issue an examiner's amendment the file and move it forward towards publication accordingly:
FILING BASIS
The Section 1(b) filing basis in the application is deleted. See TMEP §§806.03(a), 806.03(i).
Otherwise the application can move forward to publication with both of the filing bases.
Please note that I will have to take action on this application by Friday, May 14th.
Kind regards,
Stefan
