Applicant’s response dated April 12, 2021 has been carefully considered.  The trademark examining attorney has concluded that the Application in Serial No. 88938692 does not present a potential bar to the instant application, should it register. 

Application has been amended as shown below.  As agreed to by attorney Ashly I. Boesche on May 4, 2021, the examining attorney has amended the application as shown below.  Please notify the examining attorney immediately of any objections.  TMEP §707.  Otherwise, no response is required.  Id.  In addition, applicant is advised that amendments to the goods and/or services are permitted only if they clarify or limit them; amendments that add to or broaden the scope of the goods and/or services are not permitted.  37 C.F.R. §2.71(a).

Applicant does not intend to rely on Trademark Act Section 44(e) as a basis for registration at this time, but wishes only to assert a valid claim of priority.
